3 day POTTY TRAINING! Intense!!!!!!

I got introduced to a 3 day potty training method by Zach's cousin Lacey and I really like what this woman has to say and I'm going to give it a try the next few days. This method is the 3 Day Potty Training Method by Lora Jensen. If you would like to read her e book you can go to 3DayPottytraining.com. I think the reason I really like this method is because it's all about positive reinforcement. We will see how it goes. I'm really nervous and for the next 3 days it will be strictly Anna and I. Yes Sunday is the last day, we will see how she is doing and make a decision about church.

If I wasn't having a baby in 1 1/2 months then I probably wouldn't worry too much about potty training Anna. This lady suggests that 22 months is the perfect time. Well I know Anna at 20 months can do this. It may be a little harder but it will be worth it because I need to do all I can now to make having a new born that much easier. I will be 32 weeks on Sunday so that mean I have 8 weeks left, and 6 if I have her as early has Anna. That isn't very far away.

WISH US LUCK! btw because I'm suppose to keep a really close eye on Anna tomorrow I'll try and post at night. That way I can have something to go off of next time I potty train and because it will be good for me to vent my feelings.

Wyoming

Part #4 of our trip. On Friday we went in to Jackson to look around the shops a little and to get our photo's from our white water rafting experience...it was a lot of fun.
After being in Jackson we decided to head to Jenny Lake which is in the Teton Park. The Teton's are a huge mountain range.
We stopped for a picnic on the way. There was a stream near by and Anna really wanted to get in it so we stripped her down and she loved it. That water was freezing too.
She was so excited to get in!This is us on a boat that gave us a tour of the lake, the guide told us some really cool things about the lake and the area around it.

This is one of the inlets to the lake. It's beautiful, this water is all coming from the mountains, where the snow is melting.
In between both mountains in this picture there used to be a big glacier. The glacier actually formed this huge lake and what a beautiful sight it is. It's amazing to me what God has created and how blessed we are to be a part of it!
Oh....
This shirt is Anna's souvenir shirt from our trip. It actually glows in the dark, kind of fun.

Part #3 of our trip, Wyoming! Zach and I traveled to Alpine Wyoming on Wednesday and Thursday was full of really fun activities. The 1st was white water rafting, which I didn't bring my camera for obvious reasons. They did buy some pictures that a company took of us going down the river but as of now I don't have any pictures. Oh and btw yes I did white water rafting pregnant, I got some strange looks but well I guess you could say I'm nuts. The pictures below are our adventures at Bar T 5. It is a really fun place to eat dinner in Jackson. They actually take you up by wagons to where you eat and they put on a little show for you. Thank goodness she loves me!
On the way up they had people riding around as if they were Indians. Well this guy fell off his horse and I caught it on my camera. I couldn't believe it!
The wagons.
The cowboys singing to us. They actually were pretty good.
Zach's Uncle James and Aunt Carolina with Anna.

4th of July in Utah

Part #2 of our trip, Utah. We did so much driving in the last week, I think I'm okay staying home for a while. Anna was so happy to get home last night!
All of us in the car.
On Monday we went to a parade. It was in the town where Holli (Zach's Mom) grew up. It was a lot of fun.
Zach's Aunt Heidi and Anna. So cute!
Almost all of us getting ready to watch the parade.
I liked this float, it said Press "UP" to Family Values! If you can't tell that is off of the movie UP.
After the parade we went to Zach's Grandma Hardy's house and had a bbq. It was really good and lots of fun.
Off to the fireworks!
Tongue out and everything! I sure love this little girl!
I think this picture is fun. Behind Zach there are 3 temple you can see from where we were. The Draper, Oquirrh Mountain, and Jordan River. You also could see the Salt Lake but there are too many buildings built around it now. Zach and I saw a lot of temples this weekend. Snowflake, Monticello, Logan, all the ones in the Utah valley you can see from the road which is like 6 and Arizona. That is a lot of temples!

This picture cracks me up! First of all can you see Anna with her head back, well this is her new favorite thing to do when she is laughing, it makes me laugh every time. Anna is trying to play this game with golf balls. You throw golf balls to try to get them to wrap around the polls. She loved to help pick them up.

4th of July weekend

Zach, Anna and I are finally back from vacation! What a blast it truly was! These pictures are from part #1 of our trip.Anna and Claire in there 4th of July dresses playing the piano. I hope they learn to be good friends, after Anna stops clobbering her!

This is my Grandpa Fish, Anna's Great Grandpa. He kept trying to get Anna to come to him but she was shy for quite a while.

This is my Grandma Fish with all of her Great Grandchildren.

This is Anna and Joy playing corn hole.
Anna loved drawing on the sidewalk, maybe I should invest in some chalk.
Pinjata, the best right. Anna didn't quite get it but I wanted to let her try it okay?

Annika's Wedding

I decided to post a few engagement pictures of Annika and Alex since I didn't get one of them together at there wedding. I guess I just didn't have my camera with me and my sister Andrea got lots so I'll just have to bug her to share with me.

Natalie and I worked on Annika's hair Friday night some and then just touched it up on Saturday morning at 530am. I really enjoyed being able to do her hair, and I sure hope she liked the way it turned out as much as I did. I know now how I would do things a little differently but it was a lot of fun.

I also just want to say super congrats to Annika and Alex! I'm so excited for both of them. I just met Alex the day they got married but I wish both of them the very best in there lives together!

Lake trip to Canyon Lake

So we had somewhat of a spur of the moment family trip to the lake last Tuesday. We decided that we wanted to rent some jet skis to make it more fun too. It was totally awesome and here are a few of the pictures we took.

Grandma with Anna just chillin for a while.

Mid day and the gang is taking a rest. We got there at 7 am and hardly anyone was there. It was wonderful.

Christy and Claire. Natalie and Dallas were taking a turn on the Jet Skis.

Cousins! and best friends so far. Anna loves giving Claire hugs. Claire doesn't like it as much but still appreciates them.

Now Anna can never say she hasn't ever ridden a Jet Ski in her life. haha. What a fun family pic.

Camping trip as a family

We decided to bring Anna her own tent to sleep in but I was really worried about her and there were people kind of close so I felt bad when she cried and just brought her into our tent about 12:30am. But it was so much fun to be outside in the wilderness with our little family, and Anna loved exploring. There is a stream a little ways from us that we went and explored. Anna loved watching the stream and feeling the cold water with her hands, and no we didn't let her get in. Lets see how much I can put in my mouth, lol
Anna getting into stuff she shouldn't. Come and Get me mom and dad!
Here dad this is yours.

She loves to play all kinds of sports, especially if it involves throwing things.
Gotta love that messy face!
