Life at the Christensen home is good.  We don't have it all together all the time but we are learning to enjoy the little precious moments in life that make life worth living.
Anna got these little fairy wings from my Grandpa Fish and she wears them everywhere!  She is a little obsessed with Tinkerbell lately so the wings are just so fun to her.  Kali is holding a "Pete the Cat" book and if any of you don't know what these are look them up.  Each book has a fun song that goes with it and my kids love them!  Thanks to Grandma Christensen.
 Anna playing soccer.
When I need something else to cook besides doing cereal every morning we make pancakes...
Anna wanted a 1 for Kali a 3 and a letter A for Anna...She loves that I do this for her and it's kinda fun.

We really enjoyed playing in the snow with one of Zach's friends from his mission that now lives here in Washington about 45 minutes south of us.  It was a lot of fun and the girls never wanted to leave.  Kali didn't take a nap that night till 3pm when she normal takes a nap at 1pm.  She loved it!

Christmas break in AZ

Sorry it has taken me so long to post something about our trip to AZ.  It was a lot of fun, full of sun, family, friends, good food, my cousins wedding, and lots of other fun things! The next few picture are from our Nativity we act out every year at Zach's Parents for Christmas.

We took off and went to the Zoo!  It was  lot of fun and I'm glad we got to go.

 Classic Kali pose.

Cassie in the shell, every time we go to the Zoo she takes a picture in there with the girls, cute!~
 Yup, that's Anna to a T!

One of the days we had with Grandma and Grandpa Christensen we went to the park and the girls had a lot of fun.  They have such great Grandparents all around.  Sometimes I wish we could be around them more often but this is where the Lord wants us and so who knows what the future will bring.

 Bowling with the Christensen!

Going to the park with my siblings and there kids. We sure miss them!  Anna is always asking to see Caleb, Kyson, Brooklyn, and Claire.  I always grew up around my cousins and I'm sad my kids don't get that but we are blessed and that's what is most important!

When you do don't live around your family you realize how blessed you are to have such great support!  But you also realize that life without the Savior is so much harder.  We may not live by our family but it has been a really good experience for us.  We have grown closer as a family and I will admit that it is great to be involved in our ward!  They are a great support system and have helped us grow tremendously.  I know for a fact that we could have stayed in Mesa and made it work but coming here is what we needed.  We would not have the same opportunities to serve in Arizona.  I know that Lord is watching out for us and even though we may not understand his plan all the time, he knows what we need.  He will give us what we NEED if we are willing to pay the PRICE!  I can honestly say I love Washington, and look forward to all the time that we get to be here.  Yes I wish it was easier to come home, but for now this is home and we are enjoying it.
